Regretting to have purchased this card. No service. Now legal notice from their lawyer threatening to sue and very abusive language calling me a fraud and dishonest.
Buy a card pay 5, 000 get no service and instead get threatened by their lawyer and recovery agents.I am prepared to fight it legally.
I wish a class action suit was possible in India so that I could sue Airtel on behalf of all customers who have been coned by Airtel advertisements, brochures and sales smooth talkers.
I am also planning to open a blog so that people like me can voice their experiences. So far anyone that I have met with card, is regretting and cursing himself for buying this card. Its dead investment and lots of frustration.
The technical team's support is awful and pathetic just in line with the card's speed
of 1 to 2 Kbps. 1 to 2 Kbps!!! !!!!!!
