I had a real bad experience with airtel broadband recently. They are really bad in servicing requests plus they call you up every time without any reason. Today someone calls up and takes req, the next day someone else takes a new request. It is really wierd and bad to be in such a situation, and the best of all they dont service you if you give the request for a change to lower tariff plan or a cancellation of the broadband.
