Airtel Broadband service in Pune Pimplesaudagar is third class.They cheat customers by promising cheap plans and activate your broadband connection.
Then later on you come to know that different plan is activated and the plan which they have promised is not available for Pune location.
And worst case is if you try to email their Nodal officer you wont get reply for ages. Please don't buy airtel as they don't have good unlimited broadband plans. Not even yearly or half yearly their plans are too expensive.
Tried to email airtel boss Laksmi Mittal that stupid fellow also did not replied
Pathetic customer service and Boss(Lakshmi Mittal).
