I have been using this Airtel Broad abnd connection from last 7 months.
Speed is good most of the times.
Only once the service was down but that was informed well ahead through SMS.
Customer service is good, but never got a reall chance of using it, as till now I never had a big problem as such.
Though I had some problems regarding billing.
The bill showed some excess amount as a call charges (for the phone given with this connection), but it was not correct. The p hone was never used.
I had to contact the customer care, they without any hesistation decided to revert that charge. But as a precautionary measure , I requested them to bar all my outgoing calls from that phone, as I have other phones for calling. This one is just for the Broad banc connection. After that no problems have occured till now.
There is one more fallacy with the billing. In Airtell, they consider 10b = 1B, 1000Byte = 1KB, so just be cautious when they say 1GB - upload download is free. Feel free to ask them whatever clarifications you need.
The online billing system is very bad. Inlast 7 months, I could view my bill onlye 2-3 times. Most of the times either it it too slow to show "Time Out" or it is "under Construction".
Overall good service. Once can go to the customer care for bill info. They sometimes even send people to collect cheques for the payment. This is reall good one.
