I have requested for airtel broadband service a month ago.
On the same day, withing 2 hours, they called me and collected the installation fee and promised I will get the connection within 2 days.I requested for cancellation after 10 days.
And got another broadband provider connection within a day of registration.DO NOT GO FOR AIRTEL UNLESS YOU DONT HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION. AND DO NOT PAY THE MONEY UNLESS YOU ARE VERY SURE YOU WILL GET THE CONNECTION!. I heard from one of my friend, they just get the money(registration) to complete their monthly quota. Beware!
