Airtel was supposed to be no 1 service provider in Karnataka. But off late it's service quality has dropped so low, especially internet connectivity which takes to open at least 1 minute to open a text message in whats app. Complained several times to their office with no positive result.
You will receive a call from only when send a text message to 1901/0 for porting from Airtel to other network and they promise to rectify the issue and ask us to cancel the porting request.
But again without any action on rectification of the problem.
This has happened several times in past 6 months.
