I got a prepaid connection from Aircel, And I have been calling the customer care from the time I bought it to bring it into use as I can not call anyone from this service and the customer care blankly says sorry sir we are not able to provide this service, and they keep deducting the amount for no use at all they deduct amount for a gprs service which does not work at all I am frustrated and have decided to discontinue the service and am going to tell everyone I know not to go for aircel as it is of no use no coverage stupid customer care they dont know anything and just keep saying wait for a few hours. Someone please help me and convey to the aircel management to improve their service I am very well aware that its been just two weeks they started this service in mumbai but still the customers are suffering.
