The network connection of aircel is extremely poor.I don't have signals most of the time.Its extremely frustrating when during an emergency, I can't connect to a call.I have complained many times but no response came.Their customer service is very poor as they are of no help ever.The customer service executive always tells that their Technicians will look into the matter, but they never resolves it.Although, it has exceptionally good tariff plans but of no use because at the end if the day you will regret choosing aircel because of poor network.
If you are thinking to opt for new mobile service provider then I must say, you should drop the idea of aircel.
