I am using aircel services in Bangalore from last 2 years the rates are very competitive but if you come to coverage. 3g speed is excellent. Download speed is very fast if you compare with other network providers. But sometimes customer care and self-service options are not working properly.
If you compare the knowledge and helping ability with other customer cares its bit low. I think they are recruiting just to fill a vacant space not counting the credibility of the employee. Aircel is an Indian company so we should encourage them. But from my point of view it’s just above average.
