Its was highly demanded for its cheap charges and packages before.but believe me its a kind of valueless network operator.No voice clearity, no good internet facility, no good signal facility.it has always problem from beginning to till now.
network-the network provided by aircel is too pathetic.no coverage at all.if you travel more than 40km speed then the network will goes off.always voice clearity issue.
customer service- customer services are too poor on aircel.always ask for 24 to 48 hours of time to solve any issue.and the result is always negative.
charges and billing- no doubt the charges and billing of aircel is cheap.but there is no use of that cheap charges.the service provided by aircel is not equal to its charges and billing.
