I was impressed by their net packs and shifted from Vodafone to Aircel. It was a blunder. Their rates are highly competitive and impressive. I had a netpack which was around 600 bucks for three months. I used to get 2gb at 3g every month for three months. And unlimited 2g. But, the problem was connectivity. At first, I didn't observe it. Later, when my friends started telling me about how often my phone is unreachable, I realized the problem. From full strength, the signal used to drop in a few metres. And there's no point in calling the customer care coz they are not going to build towers for me. I did not have any problem with their billing or anything. Anyway, I shifted back to Vodafone coz of the connectivity issues.
