I had an aircel connection but after using it for 6 months I surrendered the connection. The biggest problem with aircel is that you will not get any good network coverage even in some places of a metro city which is very very frustrating. I took aircel sim card because their call charges, data tariff plans were comparatively cheaper than others but after running it for 6 months that it is completely useless, because you could not be able to enjoy the services because of their pathetic network. I called the customer care regarding network issues and they said they can not do anything about it. Another bad part of their srvice is 3G internet speed which is not even 2G speed. They claim to give you 10-15 mbps and you will get a fraction of it, so their low priced data packs are no good. You can take aircel as a most wretched telecom company in india. I heard that aircel's services are good in the southan part of India and because of that I recharged 1 GB net pack for my vacation in kerala but the conditions are completely inferior becuase I noticed that my aircel network name was changing to idea or sometimes vodafone. The main problem was I could not able to use my data pack there, whenever I was using internet they were charging normal rates from my main balance. Even though before my journey I asked their customer care representative that will I be able to use my net pack in kerala? They said YES a bunch of liars and ignorant people. Not only that they do not properly verify their customers identity which is a very dangerous thing. Please do not go for aircel though they are trying to attract you by their useless pathetic cheap tariff plans. This is the only TSP in India who does not have any positive quality. Because of its low signal strength it will eat your smartphones battery very fast. Tha last thing which I can say is that aircel is a TSP who cheats its customer and if you want to complain about it to their so calld 198 complain booking number then they will give you a complain number and afte 1 week you will get a sms that your complain is solved and now closed. But in reality they will never solve your prolem.So please do not buy aircel's vulgar connection.
