Bad network. Review on Aircel Mobile Operator

I was used this network from the time when they give free unlimited 2g data .But now I was not satisfied with my decision. Because this network is really disappointing one.The network strength is very poor. Due to this there is call drop problem is there. We cannot consider aircel as a primary network. Because the signal available only at few area.But the tariff rate is less on this network.We can use data without activating data packs. Almost 25 pisa is needed for 1 mb data.And call charge is less on it.The customer care is also better than other network. They are very cooperative. But I complaint many time to fix network problems. But they don't fix this problem till this day.The availability of recharge coupen is less. Only town area it is available.The speed of data is very less on it. On 2g offer maximum 16kb/s and on 3g offer maximum speed is 64kb/s only.There no customer service centre available on my area. Due to this duplicate sim taking is not possible.They want to concentrate more on customer satisfaction.Thank you.
