-Poor service
-getting back the money as soon we recharge by activating unwanted services
-poor signal reception
-useless bot calls repeatedly asking for lovers pack, astrology tat this bla bla bla .
-customer service irresponsible on solving a issue in a faster manner.
So like this there are a lot of problems that must have been faced by each and every aircel customer, there might be a lot more that I have missed.
so I personally feel that aircel should enhance its much needed technical and need facilities to ensure that they provide quality service for their trusted customers.
