I am very disappoint with aircel operator as they deduct balance and having no idea why these balance deducted, Call centre executive usually told that it will refunded but not any balance refunded yet. Most of the time they say that server problem unable to trouble shoot my problems
Apart of it, important call drops sometimes, charges randomly high without any notice
But in my locality in delhi ncr it helps me lot to communicate everywhere any time with ful network Even in basement
