I was using Aircel since December 2009 to September 2017. I have used nearly 8 years. Now I have switched to the other network. The major reasons are,
Aircel does not have 4G service.
Network problems.
It is operated only in Tamilnadu.
As I mentioned above, 4G is not available in Aircel. So it takes more time for me to access the websites and download the files. Most of the times, I have availed only 2G network. Only in the city limit, I have availed 3G network. In some rural areas, I couldn't access even the 2G network.
I got a lot of complaints from my clients. They told me that they can not reach me many times through the call. I have spoken with Aircel customer care many times regarding this network problem. They promised me to resolve the network issues by upgrading their network. But they failed to fulfill their promise.
I usually go to other states regarding my business. Aircel network does not exist in other states. They don't have towers there. So they provide their services in connection with Vodafone and Idea towers. In other states, I could not access internet by using Aircel mobile data.
So finally I used the portable option and I changed to other network.
So I suggest the users not to prefer Aircel.
