I really don't know what’s AIRcel, as I am big time fan of **AIRTEL **- I have some story which I practically heard please go thru.
Its so unfortunate that yesterday I was there at forum koramanagala & had to listen the pain full story of Aircel employees.
It was somewhere around 9pm there were few Aircel employees walked out from the office and they were speaking about there pains, like one girl was sharing to other - How much pressure they give ya… I came this afternoon to head office for training reasons saying my home that I reach back by 8 sharp, its already 9 pm I have to travel very long distance and how do I go now & what should say to the family,
why they do this to us quite often and they put so much pressure on other aspect also, the girl was saying I may drop the papers this month only if they torture like this.
So we can understand the working atmosphere with in the Aircel.... I really stood purposely to listen to them and they were in such deep pain..... Along with their network weak service their work atmosphere also weak.... they don’t have corporate ethics... may be the team can go to good and ethical work atmosphere...for training purpose... this is my suggestion..... please do not treat the employees like donkeys okay, they are not your slaves…
