I used Aircel card for 2 months then I discontinued it, because it doesn't have proper network at most of the places in Mumbai.
Whenever I tried to call from its card it always gives little beep and calls not get connected, at the same time if I call from other service providers sim card the call get connected quickly, so many times I have launched a complaint in the customer care of Aircel, but I have not received any solution from their side.
They doesn't have good plans also, call rates are same like other service providers but no special service or tariff to go for it. its internet also doesn't work properly, it is very slow. poor customer service.
