I am having an aircel prepaid connection and the service is provided from chennai. One day Suddenly I got a message lost month saying that you have subscribed for BIBLE service.
After couple of days I got another message saying that you have subscribed for Devotional pictures. And they have deducted 30 Rs for each.When I try to unsubscribe for the same it says sorry you have not subscribed for this service.
This clearly says how AIRCEL is cheating and eating others money..I have spoken to AIRCEL customer service many times and the problem is not resolved.. When I spoke to the aircel support engineer he rudely says this will not be refunded.
I really do not understand how a customer support engineer can talk such rudely to the customer.When I checked with the support guys, they said that this is activated by the service calls. They used to call in 10 different numbers using which automatic calls will call us.
If we did not attend the call it is programmed in such a way that it will keep on calling. So I have opted for DND. THOSE WHO ARE WILLING TO TAKE NEW CONNECTIONS DONT GO FOR AIRCELL. THOSE WHO ARE ALREADY HAVING THE CONNECTION AND NOT SUBSCRIBED FOR DND, DO IT IMMEDIATELY.
