This is the worst network provider I've ever seen. First of all they tell you that billing gets you a variety of features then they shut your mouth by sending you high bills. At start I received a message from aircel stating my bill is Rs.2643 then I spoke to customer service who doesn't have an idea of what we are asking them.
She tells me just for 512mb of data I got charged 2000 rs. then they take your complaint and nobody calls you back. The worst is the sup you speak to tells you that you haven't used aircel network in roaming when I have manually selected the same.
Please everyone don't leave a chance to screw this company post your comments on mouthshut.com and let them know what customers can do. Suddenly the next day they send a text stating the bill amount is Rs.5000. Am really upset and frustrated. I would never ever use this network service.
