For many years I was using Loop mobile ( BPL before) and vodaphone (Huch before). Recently I changed to Aircel and my experience so far was very good. I went to customer care center in Vashi one day and there service and dealings was good.
The best part I felt is there internet service. It is very suitable for my BB. The second best part is about there call charges it was really affordable. for a recharge of 100 you are getting a top up of 110 which no other company is providing.
I am sure that they have very good future if they improve there net work coverage and start more customer care centers.If you are using lot of web surfing in your mobile for sure aircel is the best choice
