Hi All,


Started with a brand and now Losing its potential due to lack of customer service support, falling goodwill and lot of factors too. Airtel is just trying to rob customers as completion is much tough. As a  starter it uses good market to cover all and later It increase price and quality too. I am using Airtel and now It’s a worst network and I asked help for voice support, Twitter support and from airtel store too, It is same as rude, irresponsible and blamed me and suggest me to cancel the account.


Meanwhile I will suggest all to close the account as airtel quality and price is too much, they just made false advertisements to rob customers and my experience is very bad with them, I have paid them a lot of extra money and they are shouting on me. Then only base of business is customer services and airtel is very bad on this. Please don’t use this. 4G LTE is just slow down as JIO is leading now, No call recording are there in quality assurance of airtel as they have just hired literate people in their system. So please don’t buy airtel connection, It’s a failure and a big failure.
