I have been using an aircel number for more than 3 years now. Before I was in hyderabad and there the network reception was good because it is a developed city. But when you go away from the city you will not get any network and you can't make any calls. Also, before they had very good data pack prices but not anymore as they have increased their prices to match all the other telecom operators. They must expand and provide better customer service.
