Hello members Aircel is the worst internet service provider. I had activated pocket internet on 22 September 2013. It is going to expire on 18 October 2013. On 16 October 2013 I just checked my balance which had deducted 24.80 as internet charges. I called customer service to which first he responded details was not available call after 1 hour. After 2 hours I called then the person said your amount deduction was due to roaming. That was a real blunder. I explained to them I was always in roaming using Aircel network. If that was the thing then I would had never used their service earlier itself. Earlier also they had deducted Rs10 for some issues, I didn’t bother bcoz small amount and thought it might be my mistake. But now I understood how cheap is AIRCEL. I would suggest any other internet plans other than using AIRCEL. Thank you
