So I was using Aricel for past 2 year. Inside the city signal strength is average but outside city it's worst you won't get even a single point of signal. And even internet connection is slow compared to other Mobile network operator. When signal is not available it automatically connect to reliance network it is a good thing but you can't use internet on that time. If you are going somewhere with use of Google Maps you can't reach your destination because of this network change. Even call charges are more. After Jio comes it has decreased. And even internet charges are more.
Customer service
Customer service is not up-to the mark . If I attempt to call customer service call will be connected 1 out of 3.
