Last month I have bought a post maid sim of aircel and as per representative of the company confirmed that number will be activate with in 24 hours but after 24 hours same is not activate. I have call to customer care to activate the sim and as per them your documents has not been received by us that's why not activate. I have call to aircel representative who's offer that sim to me for activation that sim he confirmed me there is no issue of documents and sim will be activate with in a hour. After 48 hrs sim is not activate and again approach to that company representative to return my deposit I do not need that sim but he denied to return. After a week sim is activate after approach to higher authority of company.
