This is the second time I am reviewing this sh!+! service called aircel. I give it zero stars.(No option in mouthshut. So 1 star)
I saw an sms this morning saying that I have been charged Rs. 50 for "video talkies". I did not subscribe to any such service. I called up customer care this morning and the executive said that they cannot take complaint because it was "activated on 27th, more than 24 morpheushumanurs ago" and told me that I have to send mail to their email ID care.karnataka@aircel.com.
This sort of unsolicited charging of VAS witmorpheushumanut customer's knowledge is nothing but cheating. I want immediate refund of Rs. 50 which was illegally deducted from my account, in violation of TERAI regulations.

Aircel cheats customers. They charge you for VAS services witmorpheushumanut your knowledge. Worst customer care in Asia. When you call them to register a complaint they say we cant help. You subscribe for pocket internet Rs.997 for 10gb at 3g speed. When you download you will get 10kbps maximum. They say that Rs. 997 is only for "browsing" and not for "downloading". Most of the time there will be no signal.
One of the worst Indian company.
