I have been using Aircel for last six years. At first everything was alright. But as time passed on, their services were going downwards. Sometimes I was unable to see a single signal bar on my phone for several hours. Their 2g Internet speed is pathetic. Still they have not connected our town with 3g services when we are getting Jio 4g. Their tariff rates are comparatively higher than others. Customer service is worst. When we have some complaint or query, we dial customer care number but there are a few change that we would be able to talk to their CSR. This is my real experience.
