I used aircel for one year. While I took the sim they told that I will be getting unlimited net for one year but it was not so, the net speed was very slow . Even the WhatsApp messages didn't load in that speed.
Even though the tariff rate are low it is very hard to get the recharge coupons. Not even the coupons but the flexi recharges are also not there. The network strength is also very low. There is no 4G connectivity available in our state. And also the 3G network is rarely available. This is the main reason why they aren't getting much customers . Their current customers are migrating to other networks.
The customer care service is also very pathetic. They rarely attends our call and the problem resolving is also not good. The call is getting disconnected in-between.
