Hello friends, when I was in my college 3rd year then I was using telenor. One of my friend suggested me to take aircel sim due to low cost of data packs. I ported my telenor sim to aircel operator. They gave me 500 mb 2g data free which was somewhat good and plans are little bit attractive than other operators. But after a month I started to get very bad data connection and it was like 2- 10 kbps.
I thought it is due to network issue and within 2-3 days it would be good. But I was getting same issue after 1 month also. I tried to solve this problem with the help of customer service executives. First of all they are rarely picking calls. And after picking also no one had proper solution. All are registering my issue again and again but after 10 days also there were no change. When someone calls they used to get not reachable and always friends are complaining to me.
At diwali occasion I went to my hometown but there were no network even and my mobile was temporarily out ot service.
I got frustrated and finally after 3 months again I converted my number from Aircel to reliance.
I got experience that day why plans of aircel are so lucerative and people who want to save money they only can use aircell. Thank you!
