I've used Ariel network for a while and the main reason for joining their network was the great offers they gave a few years back. Aircel gave out almost an year full of free internet to it's users including me.
But now I regret my decision to buy an Aircel so card. The main reason for this is the speed of the network connection. Even in 2017, where most of the other major cellular networks availing 4g throughout India, I'm not able to get even 3g speed in Aircel. Not at my home or not at my collage.
This is very frustrating for today's network usage of a normal citizen. The cost of internet is very low for Aircel when compared to other cellular providers. They also have much better tariffs and data plans. But the thing is that, we are not able to fully utilize the plan because of the low data speed. Even calls don't connect or sound randomly sometimes. This is also very bad for an all India network.
Their customer care is also not that good and there are no customer support centers anywhere near my location.
Aircel is a good choice for those people who wants more data and doesn't care about the data speed at all, and some random call stops. But it's very difficult to find such people now a days.
