I am using Aircel from 2011, I Find it good upto 2013. After day by day there services become very bad.
Also there customer care! Customer care take a long time to recive the call, after reciving it they says that we are sorry our sys is down please call after 2 or 3 hours.
They are increasing there packs cost specially data packs as user are not using there call packs and sms pack as there price is heigh so user prefer to buy data pack for internet call and other services so they are started increasing the price of data pack.
Please Improve services coustomer will love Aircel again.
