Just two day before I travel from delhi to srinagar in air india. My ticket was economy pluse. Which cost me around 7000 . I dont know why people hate there service . In my case I got on time airport I didnt have to wait in quee as I was having economy pluse ticket. Check counter was very supporting. I got on board ( aeroplane) on time. I had great time in flight. While watching movie on board screen. Staff was very polite with me they serve me lunch . As it was midday flight . The only thing I didnt like is plan itself. It was not at top most level what I had seen in pervious airlines . And one more thing takeoff and landing was on time . Maybe they are improving there services well overall I had good and smooth experience with air india
