From the countries one of the oldest airlines, the quality of the service is ever depleting
While travelling abroad the only Indian airlines remains is Jet Airways or Air India. As one can directly take clight from Mumbai, Delhi. Otherwise its via Qatar or Dubai
Due to better leg space it is the mozt choosen airlines
But the airlines is never on time. If u have something important to attend pls take atleast 2hrs of extra time in hand
The food is the worst in international flights the serve paneer mi sabzi, veg pulav and bhindi all packed in a small box with less than 2 3 spoons of rice
Drinks are seved once and it has to bes asked for in the next time
Most of the screens dont work or if the screen is working the heasphones wont
The price of the airline rises last minute like anythng ao dont book last minute
They are not bothered about feedback. No matter how many feedback forms you fill no changes will be made
All fleets are old and the landing is always very dramatic
