I have booked AI ticket on 4-April-2016 for the travel during October 2016 through makemytrip i.e. 6 months in advance. Now, AI cancelled the flight on that date but my travel is important because school vacation reopening hence first day attendance is mandatory. I have created online request on AI website to get clarification on this issue with Reference Number:WB-DBLR300916021 since last one week but no response. AI means'WE DON'T CARE'. Completely hopeless and careless is AI.
