I have flown many international airlines but I have to say AIR INDIA is at the worst when comes to food and service.
Firstly your staff has no idea what is Gluten free meals are even though I have requested for and end up getting an apple and some junk food.
Secondly from ground staff to Cabin Crew has no idea what is customer service and how it is provided. No friendly attitude no smile, looks like waiter working in local Delhi restaurants.
Learn from Thai, Singapore even Malaysian airline. Website is not user friendly and web checking is such a challenge.
6 family members fly in and out Melbourne to Delhi every year. NEVER EVER GOING TO USE THIS LOUSY AIRLINE AGAIN.
