I recently flew by Air India for my travel from Newark to New Delhi. The on-ground staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating, ready to make an extra buck by harassing absolutely all passengers. They made such a huge deal about the distribution of weight among cabin bag and laptop bag. They were absolutely unreasonable, and just wanted to force the passengers to pay extra. Moreover, the lady I was dealing with actually pointed fingers and gossiped about some passengers with her colleagues.
However, the in-flight experience was surprisingly good. The food was good, the movie selection was good, and leg space was better than some other flights.
