Never ever take AIR INDIA Flight. From ticketing staff to air hostess every one is loaded with angry face and rude behavior. Nobody from the staff is ready for co-operation.
The worst airline I have ever seen. Nobody is ready to guide a passenger in need. They show and behave like they are very strict and they have paid for your ticket. It's a govt. company so nobody is worried about loosing their job.
