First I got an email few weeks back that I have to Cancel my tickets from JAI to BLR in april, but then I called customer care and they assured me that my flight will be operational and no need of cancelling the tickets.
Now, again I got a message that my flight has been cancelled. Since then I am trying to reach out to customer care but have got no response. I am being kept at hold for 10-15 mins and still no answer.
I will never take a flight from air costa
