Claim four layer packing, actual packing is 2 layers and lowest quality possible
Claim you can track your package etc, You will end with hours on phone to find out status. No one cares.
Paid 10, 000 rupees for unloading. Had to do unloading at my own cost. They would never reimburse anything whatsoever.
Once you have paid, forget any kind of service. I called up Radhey Shyam 20+ times, and he never bothered in once get back to me
Forget insurance. We had multiple damaged items. They never bothered to even respond, forget paying anything for damages.
I ended up losing over 1 lac rupees in damages in order to save Rs 20K. Be wise and use some other packer and never these people.
