I have booked one assignment from Ambikapur to Bhuj for home shifting, before booking they beg like anything they don't have any condition, I booked my consignment when shifted all the stuff in truck after start demanding for 100% of payment, anyway I negotiated in 50% and rest during delivery, as per their commitment they suppose to deliver within 5 days, when I reached Bhuj I was trying to know about my consignment and try to track online but it was not available, I have called Nidhi Singh in Raipur office more than 50 times than she responded me and said becoz your payment is pending that's consignment is lying at Ahmedabad, anyway I paid full amount, after two days of making full payment they sent my consignment, when I received My 60 inches LED damaged from inside, mudguard of bike was broken, Activa handle was damaged, When I informed Nidhi Singh regarding this she told me to mail regarding the same, I mailed one month before but after mail I have not received any reply from their side.Now they stop receiving my call, Nidhi Singh (Raipur) and Sandeep Sarda( Ahmedabad) they must be kicked out from this company, If really Bade Bhaiya want to survive you have to look into it, in future I will never use this company nor I will suggest to any one.
