Why I'm saying this they are ruthless and insensitive packers. They do not know how to talk to with their clients when you serving them. Their customer care representative are also very unprofessional.
I booked agarwal ltd to shift my house to Vaisali to gandhidham Gujarat. so this is very long distance and anything can happen during shifting. we in our house mostly all stuffs are fragile or glass items. we already said to them please take all the measure to safe and secure our goods. they said yes every time.
But when we reached at the location in Gandhidham what we see the glass items are broke or cracked. this is like a nightmare to more. I never thought that even after this expensive packers and movers we face such conditions.
We are not going to use their service from now or not even recommends ever.
