DO NOT BUY..their AFTER SALE service is pathetic.. Ordered the unit received on 13th Nov.. and on 20th it stops working .. raised complaint.. they couriered the spare part to my residence now almost a month the technian donot turn up and the Unit is lying without functioning.
U call up The customer care..Universal.. The customer service gives u false promises.. u have to keep calling them continuously daily and they have a standard reply ..technician will.come.in 2..3 day but will never turnup. They have only 1 technician in whole of Mumbai..who doesnot respond and gives lame excuses. So if your product is malfunctioning..then God bless u..u will have to throw the item.. So think before purchasing..Pathetic..worst customer service situated somewhere in Kolkatra. So if are not from Kolkata..donot BUY any Agaro product
