This is not a good place to work..
Day by day Employee will be get demotivated rather then concentrate on performance. some kind of unexpected things start screening. we will be under pressure from all side and start feeling depress/ stress full life instead of putting your full 100% efforts or enjoying your work.[I used to work for avg.12 hours in each day from my 1st day of joining still ]
