I have worked for this company for 4 months.This is the worst company.I was working in BSNL process the call flow was hell for 8 hours I would receive like 200 calls I was going mad because of BSNL network was not good.According to the rule one employee has to attend only 90 to 100 calls but these people will make you receive 200 and more calls.
The canteen and washroom both was not maintained.The canteen food was worst The TL and managers are not so supportive when we want they wnt give week off to us.Not even one day they gave holiday on Sunday to me.
My recommendation is not to join this company.
