The first corporate I worked with, which I can say proudly. It gave me an experience which I can remember throughout my life. Joined in a pilot process, got very good colleagues, in turn became good friends: unforgettable. During the language training, process training learned a lot about importance of Communication in career graph, learnt American Culture. Since that was a first job, that too Corporate truly, made me a very loyal employee of it. Initially the support from the Manager was excellent, however, all times are not same, things changed. I decided to leave the company.
Overall, the salary perks; food benefits, Sodexho coupons and other co-curricular activities on the floor are very good and make the employees happy. Career growth is a bit slow, takes time to grow, as we know more employees and competition is more. Management also takes time to resolve certain issues, if there are any.
