I am shocked at how careless and unprofessional the entire Adidas India team has been. Its been over a month and they still havent resolved a simple issue of missing adiClub points.
Every time I reach out, the only response I get is please be patient but there is no action, no accountability, and no solution. From customer care to management, the team has shown nothing but negligence, incompetence, and zero respect for customers.
Its shameful that a global brand like Adidas operates in such an unethical and irresponsible manner in India. If resolving such a small issue takes them more than 30 days, I can only imagine how they treat serious customer concerns.
Adidas India you have lost my trust. Customers deserve better than endless excuses and careless service.
