Beware of being fooled by Adexmart. Review on Adexmart

If you are planning to purchase from Adexmart, you are in a big risk. It is my experience.

I had ordered and paid Rs.375/- for Sanyo Eneloop AA battery, 2Nos. The order No. is #061925 dt.27/04/2013v(BYWKFAPTN). Till date I have not received this item.

First they informed me that they had sent the item on 29-04-2013 through Skynet courier. I had sent a follow up mail after waiting two weeks (on May15th), then they replied it is on transit and they are escalating the issue to the courier team.

On June 3rd, when I checked my account page in their website, I was shocked. They had updated the page as my item as delivered. Then I checked the Skynet courier's tracking page, but the item is found still on transit. I have informed these details to Adexmart, but no reply. Sent reminders one by one.

At last on June 25th they have replied that they have confirmed the delivery with Skynet courier. Then I checked Skynet's tracking page and found the item is shown as delivered on 3rd May, without any delivery details.

So many mails I had sent again to both Adexmart and Skynet but no response. They have stolen my money. A courier combined looting company!
