Last week I made a payment on Adda52; the amount was deducted from my bank account but it didn’t reflect on my Adda52 account. Tried to get in touch with the Adda customer cell but couldn’t reach out to them through their helpline number. Made another transaction immediately, again the same thing happened; money got deducted from the bank account but didn’t reflect on Adda.
Did get a bit frustrated initially but later dropped a mail to Adda. The next afternoon I got a call from Adda people informing me that both my transactions have been processed and moreover I’ve been given an additional bonus for late processing.
