I was working for this company for the past couple of years and enjoyed working from office and when I elected to work from home things have changed completely and the stress and frustrations have gone up to saturation point, middle of the night calls, quality pressure, EPT (error per thousand lines) one of the stupidest concept where they mark severe errors even for the minor mistakes and cut the salary down drastically.
I have forced and tortured to do more than 20000 lines and all I get is not even peanuts. Just 4000 or 5000 per month..normal salary for 20000 lines is at least 18K. These people make money from the innocent and the administrative and HR people enjoy like something. Worst place to work from home. If you are working in office it is one of the best place to work with.
